By combining weight lifting, gymnastics, aerobic, and anaerobic cardio, this class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work! This is a one hour session with structured program.

M, W & F: 5:30am, noon, 5pm, & 6pm

Tues & Thurs: 5:30am, noon, 5pm & 6pm

FastFit

FastFit is for the time crunched fitness seeker. We utilize weight lifting, gymnastics, aerobic, and anaerobic cardio for a 30 minute burn! Get in, get out, get back to your busy day!

M, W & F: 11:30am

 

Open Gym (24/7 access)

Want to train extra or in off hours? No problem. 24/7 access is available through our partnership with HybridAF! Your phone, the HybridAF app, and motivation is all you need to hit your goals! (Only available outside of class times)

Every Day: Outside of class times only. (Class times can change as needed. All users will be notified in advance if/when this occurs)

 

Bootcamp

Kettlebells, cardio and core movements create the perfect atmosphere for burning calories. This 45 minute session takes the barbell out of the program, but kicks the metabolism up to burn mode!
